We've gotten ourselfs a UK based server running at 83.142.49.24:27015 .

We have it on trial base for a month. If we like it, we keep it.

Enjoy!

I dont quite understand why we have a 4th server now. Its quite hard to get the 3rd server filled on a sunday evening, and now theres a 4th

I just cant understand some people - 2fort 22-24 players, we had brilliant round where blu team had 4 engineers and 3 snipers, and red team 3 snipers 2 engineers ended in melee SD  And nextmap steel we were down to 8 players O_o

Awesome, havn't seen it filled yet, i never really have a problem with lag on #1, 2 and 3 (except those lag spikes..) but i can't complain with 15 less ping using a uk server :D :4

for me ping is about 30% lower, my fps is fine, but I still get lag.

"The Source netgraph now includes "lerp" indicator which shows the actual interpolation amount (usually 100 msec unless the server or user is forcing non-default settings). The indicator will turn yellow if the server's framerate (actual framerate on the remote machine) drops below this interval. This can be used to figure out why all of the objects in the world are no longer moving smoothly."

My lerp is constantly flashing yellow on that server, but its fine on the other 3, so I don't really know how to solve it. Unless I change it to a non-default setting :(

I've been told that there is a bug in the last update which causes bandwidth limitation between servers and clients. This might be what your seeing (not 100% sure). The only differance i can tell is that our servers run at ~990 FPS, and the UK server runs around ~330 FPS. You shouldn't really be able to tell the differance there.
