Though it's pretty harmless I have to say.
A few weeks ago they had some kind of mixup on the German amazon.
If you entered "Sachbuch" (non-fiction/specialized book) the top 20 entries were stuff like
1. Fisting Sachbuch
4. Ratgeber Analsex
5. Onanieren für Profis
7. Die Kraft zum Scheißen
8. Das erste Mal: Anal
9. Prostata Massage - Der männliche G-Punkt
12. Das Schwanzbuch - Tuning für dein bestes Stück
13. Sex für Fortgeschrittene
14. Die Schokospalte. Erotische Geschichten
(I'm not translating those titles now, I think they're pretty obvious even for someone who doesn't speak German.)

And this was not just for a short period, it took them over a week to fix it.
Theories were that somebody abused the tagging system as kind of revenge because they "banned" gay books from the normal search results in the American amazon.

rofl. shame on amazon.
