African countries aren't corrupt, they are facing the most cruel poverty in all the world. That means the rules are made by two kinds of people, those with money and those with power (military). The population can't do anything and for that you can't really call them corrupt.

On the other hand USA invented lobbying, or at least took it to the extreme capitalist version.

Corruption is pretty much eveywhere, in various doses, I guess the only question is how well it fairs for the population. There's "Steal everything!" corruption and "Steal some, build some".

The first time bush won there was a big scandal with election fraud and blabla. But the secomd time, against Kerry, c'mon, that was just sureal. I watched some of the public debates and it's beyond me how so many of them chose bush.

....and everyone just seems to be an overnight expert on every African/USA policy and government voting schemes when really the so called "facts" you have are just gleamed from the news etc where you are told what you are meant to think.

This site is just bullshit and people that just fill it in have no idea about life. "I hate the whole country and everyone that lives in it", what a load of bollocks and its these people that "hate" everyone that are the biggest twats on earth.

This is my opinion, like peoples "opinions" on hating a random country and everybody that happens to be born in that country so take it with a pinch of salt and "hate" me and obviously everyone in the UK because that's where I live!!
