To put it simply and to the point ....

i need help i dont know what to do , i lack the skills to work a website at the moment and i essentially need a tutor or someone willing to give a simple guide or tips ,

thats it :p

first try and get in spa when the next 5 trials go pass : P

Well, as you're a noob as i see, just start by getting dreamweaver.
Frontpage sucks big ass.
After that, try to get some basic knowledge about html. Just try to find some easy website made by html, view source and analyse the shit. Not that you need that, but it will give you more insight into how sites are build up. And gives you a way to steal shit from the net. From other sites. Just try to find stuff on the net, or ask someone. But better to find out by yourself, you will remember longer, you will have to ask less and less cuz you gonna manage you're own way on finding out the stuff.
Next to this all it would be handy to have some basic skills in photo shopping so you can tweak your website a bit that it looks nice.
