So as a flat at uni we are all about organising insane, mental parties every week with intense themes. We spend all night drinking, getting the right themes, planning the nights, sorting the proper shizz man.

We then find out that this particular uni is the mother of all bitches. The beast with 1000 backs, 2000 heads, 3000 arms and a mouth saying "umm. NO." Well brilliant.

We spent the night in the union bar plugging our wed night pyjama party, in just our pyjamas, we got about 200 "yeh man we will be there" so thats on average 50+ people. Welly welly welly. We find out that just for "noise" after 11. Yes 11. Thats 11 O fucking clock, if we make noise we get fined £100. straight up. Tonight we were in our kitchen chilling, watching a film, chatting... a security guy comes in "The acoustics round here are good, we can hear you, your are too loud." MAN FUCK YOU. Seriously. Thats 75% of the fun from uni gone, straight. Who wants to be charged £100 for throwing a kicking party. Every week? No one. Most gutting thing ever and it makes me wanna go mental, but shouting would of course get me a fine for £100. Cunts.

So, to throw the party(ies) or to be dull, lifeless non talking emotionless retards who drool at the thought of reading books. Brilliant.

The one Uni in the world that actually enforces a "no party" rule. SUCK MY BALLS.

You could always charge people to enter your wild parties to raise the £100 fine and what can they do or say once you've paid it.... you can party on and you've paid the fine....jobs a good un

I like reading books, and you sorta described my uni experiance... but I travelled and partied for three years before Uni, so I just wanted to rest and work.

Move out of halls find a house on a student street and then start partying, find somewhere off campus thats easy to set up a party... or Anna has the right idea, play the game you're given and work the sytem.

I'd also like to know what uni this is, if its Totalitarian College Cambridge there was a big clue in the name. If its not I know a guy who does advertising boardings, keep the fine and spend it on having a sing made and night raid it onto the uni as an act of revenge. You didnt get that from me OK?

Though don't forget to actually get the fucking degree while you're there yeah?

Thats my point, supprising how three days becomes three years of partying. Plus I'm an advocate of wild parties and excess in lifestyle, but I'm also an advocate of not fucking up oppertunity.

Though I have recomended a criminal action in this thread and prison may hinder progress more than alcohol.
