It's a indie game that's on sale on Steam right now. It's basically Mario Kart, only for PC gamers (WASD, mouse aim, more gamemodes, more air control, Steam friends integration, Steam achievements, ...)

It could be fun if a few people buy it. There is even a dedicated server available.

Try it out, maybe there is enough interest there.

steam://run/18820 (free to play until sunday, but a demo is also always available, but it doesn't include multiplayer)

WAIT ONE SECOND!

Cool UKers can get the 4 pack for £18.74

I don't know if I want to buy it, I doubt I would have much time to play it, but just a warning for you euro peeps.

Hell, I'd say even sober its a laugh to play.

All we need now is more people and then the football/ice hockey games'll be awesomer!

Only problem I have is the lack of content thats actually there, wish they'd have included some sort of basic map editing thing.

Yeah, I personally don't feel the game is worth 10 euro's but it has given me an appetite for a Kart racing game we could all play together.

Preferably one with solid handling and actual decent weight to the karts.

Valve should utilise the TF2 characters and put them in a Kart Racing game.

Creating maps for this game is really easy. You can use whatever 3D modelling tool you want (as long as it supports the Ogre .mesh format, but most do)!

http://myzerogear.com/wiki/index.php5?t ... ion_Basics

SaintK: Can we haz dedi serv0r plox!
It currently runs on Windows only, and there is not way to define a custom port yet (so it always runs on 27015) but they're working on those issues.

And btw, I still have 2 copies for 5€ if someone is interested.

It's in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\zero gear\Server.
I think it needs Steam running. You should be able install it if you logon with your account, download and start the game, then log into a different account and just start the server's .exe file.

well i heavent tryed but when you buy it doesnt have the visa electron symbol as a payment method
so you are sure it works?

EDIT: No it says on the banks website that it only works in certain places and not anything about the web

EDIT2: After some exstensive research on this matter(google) i(someone else) that they have "fixed" it and you can use it on the internet maybe will try if steam accepts my visa electron later(a week atleast) :ugly:
