- Fixed unlimited UberCharge exploit
- Fixed charge effect getting stuck on the Kritzkrieg when changing class/weapons

I think the update is for staying ubered for unlimited time and it was a bug. Not 2 medics uber each other with the help of the ubersaw :wink:
