So I cursed and got mad, because you spawn camped as a demo. You go about saying I just have to assume the things you're saying, why? because you're an admin and you can ban people? There is still a little something like freedom of speech. Next map; I tell you no matter what you do I still think you're full of crap and I get silenced again. Giving me the feeling you're trying to show of your little admin status yet again. The map after that; I don't say a thing except of sh*tty lag is sh*tty, you go 'n' say it's nothing server side 'n' I react saying I never suggested I was getting lag ' coz of the server and you go about saying i'm whining about it. As I recall I only mentioned TWICE that I was suffering from lag, correct me if i'm wrong, but is there any reason for permanently banning me except to show me that you're on a power trip and you get annoyed because people go against your so called ways, critisizing your "tactics" mr. Saint K the admin? I won't lose a night's sleep over this, but I do have friends playing on the SpA servers and I've never had any problems on them until your condisending butt had to show you had admin powers on the interwebz. Congratulations, I hope you feel good about yourself banning someone over something so pitiful. You shouldn't go about banning people " because you can", no matter what. Let me make it clear that, I don't mind you banning me, I just do not agree with the length of the term which is PERMANENT. I don't care if you own the damn servers, but permanent is over the top no matter what status you hold. You put up rules to enrule a fair strictness probably with certain leniency. Permanently banning a person in the end, only because he was complaing about lag for the second time isn't a final reason to give a permanent ban. no matter the arguement preceding it. Whatever the outcome this post may result to, just know this is my opinion about it.

It wasn't because I was pissed wizzkid, it was nearing 30min past 3AM and I couldn't be arsed to watch my grammar.

As I said I was criticizing his actions in a profane manner, which I apoligize for, because I was in the wrong there. But is that worth perma-banning a person over? And it wasn't even the real reason I got banned was it?

For the sake of arguement:

There isn't any clear rule on base camping, but I believe the general consent on it is that it's lame and unsportive. He mentioned he fought his way there and had the right to make a few spawn kills because of it. So you didn't just sticky jump over to the base and laid down stickies? Because I believe that's what he did and there is nothing special about it. After that he says I have to assume it's either tactics or because he's messing about. So either way i'm not allowed to share my opinion?And i'm not allowed to criticize the admin, just because he's the admin? Very self-righteous indeed.


I talked to Lim-Dul and I agree that an admin who owns the server is king of the hill. But I believe I got banned in the end, because the guy was having a bad night and he wanted to feel good about himself and went of on a powertrip.
I'm saying this because the third map last night and the third time I lost my silence, I got banned only becaause I complained about suffering from lag for a second time.
I recall you saying something like: I shouldn't be whining and I should shut up only because you had the ability to ban me. I said I wasn't even talking to you when I complained about the lag and I didn't ask for your opinion and I got banned.

The reason i'm even replying for the second time in this thread is, because the ban message said if I disagreed I should visit the forums and make a post. That and I still have friends that play on the servers regularly, among them SpA' s own Lim-Dul and Baal Kagan. I really enjoy playing together with them and that's the main reason i'm putting time in this.

I don't like people calling me lame several times for no reason. If you would have payed some attention to my playing style, you'll see i am rushing 100% of the time to fight as close to the enemy spawn as possible, to make sure other people can push the cart trough. If you don't do this, your not likely to win goldrush, as the endpoint of the bomb is litterally attached to the enemy spawn.

I told you what i did and why i did it to explain you that i am not a random 12 yr old noob player who only go's out playing to bug abuse, spawn camp an annoy other people, because THAT is what lame is!

Still after that i'm getting a big mouth from you (even when i made clear to you i was not only defending my tactics, but also speaking from a admin point of view to not randomly insult people because you don't like the way you die. I even explaind you we find that as annoying as people randomly calling others cheaters).

On the lag complaints. You said a couple of times LAG. I explained you, we're not noticing the lag, so its not a server sided issue (Bottom line, the lag is a fault on your side, not on our side, so bitching about it in chat is useless.).

After that it kept rumbeling on for a while, and at some point i said on the voicecomm something along the lines of 'shut the fuck up, my servers, my fucking rules', which happends to be true.

I am willing to unban you, but only if you can comply with our rules, which are clearly stated on our website.(which covers the piece of text above here, in small).

That's where you're kinda wrong :p

When you play on a gaming server who's owned by a private individual, you can't expect a democracy; it's a pure dictatorship. Normal laws of society does not apply to anything whatsoever.
Playing on the SpA servers is not a right, it's a privilege. When the owner (or any admin for that reason) give you a warning, you listen.

Otherwise, well.. this happens.

after reading this and considdering the fact i found u very irritating as hell (every time i heard u in the voice comm u sounded like an ass behaving like u wanted to irritate others) i think u can be glad saint is willing to unban u. U can reach saint through pm to tell him if you're willing to comply to the rules, u can reach me through pm if you want to react to what i said about u.
