3 punk ass kids of the age 11 stole my phone,

In short: I lost my phone, found out about 25 meters later or so.. I saw 3 kids there ran away, 1 i asked: you see my phone? his respons: I dont have it!
(I am sure they stole it)
Anyway I went to the police and so, but what should I do now?

I dont have enough cash to buy me a new phone but I do have the cash to affort 2 subscriptions.

Or is there a way to stop my curent one? and what are the costs for that?


Anyother other suggestions
(my provider is t-mobile)

Get hold of your mobile provider and report it stolen, they'll them block the USIM and IMEI numbers on the phone so it's jsut a brick then see about buying another phone and your provider should ship you a new SIM

aly It didnt happen in my house... but yeah I have one for my phone, but they will only provide me cash if it happend in a closed room with signs of robbery

Majority of household insurances cover contents meaning they don't have to be stolen from yuor home, just stolen, go to the insurance company with a crime reference number from the police and see what they say :)

Like Saints suggestion, do as every student in our university city Gent does: If someone steals your bike, steal a new one!
That way, theoretically, it's possible that there's only one bikeless person in the city. But he'll just steal a new bike so no one has to go by foot for a long time :mrgreen:

I dunno how it is there but here the service providers (Vodafone, Orange) have subscription offers that involve the client getting a free phone or one for a 1Euro, stuff like that.

Dunno what t-mobile is going to say but you can try and see if they will let you upgrade while in contract may be a charge involved and it will depend on how long you have had your current contract
