surely not like that...
first u need to come in our clan - means u need to be invited by us - means u need to be active and friendly in irc/servers
then u some day will prolly get a trial which u prolly get through , if u all got that u can reply for a admin on our servers ;) so gl :D

To be a admin is to make your own server and put amx mod and stuff in it. And put it world wide.

or just joining a clan/community with servers and stuff
