Why i'm a useless trustee:
- The rules I was following arent even the rules anymore
- Ever since we changed over to fcraft the commands have been nothing but a foreign language
- I promote people not realising the new rules
- I'm not on the server enough
- I'm not included in a lot of decisions between certain players. I could give examples but I don't want to be soured and banned.

i could go on...but i'm trying to not let my self esteem get too low. All I am saying is, I'm just not sure about anything anymore.

Just try to play a little more, in a week-end, you won't even realize you used to not know what to do, that's the special thing about games, 1 week out may seem a lot, but 2 days in are like 2 months on real life.

Many of your concerns remind me of why I rolled an alt account a few months back. I let myself believe that your rank determines the expectations others require that you must meet, be it perfect decision making or perfect builds. To me, having op+ means you have the ability to help others obtain their potential and be able to provide a decent building environment for guests. If things get overwhelming, or are no longer fun atm, just build!

There is no need to worry about whatever promotions you've made in the past. The guidelines were proposed just a couple days ago, and what's the worst that could happen? Simply a slight reduction in build quality on the build/adv maps. As for any Fcraft commands, just ask around. I remember it took me close to 30 minutes to troubleshoot how to create a new level (with fellow minecrafters snickering at me in skype lol)

okay I cant think of any others at the moment, but that doesn't mean you aren't a good trustee. So stop being a little emobitch who tells himself he sucks. As others have said before, things are easily picked up. Hell I'm working on an Op/SupOp reference guide atm for those out of the loop/newly promoted. Hopefully that will help to familiarize yourself with the new commands.
