Can someone please explain in plain english how to get my account validated as i have read the instructions but nothing seems to work.

This is usually something people forget. Also, if your name has spaces or unusual characters in it the validation may not work (which doesn't seem to be the case).

Hi How do you open up the console? Do you mean when you press the "Y" key?

You have to enable it in your options. I think its either in the keyboard settings or in the multiplayer settings.
