Can anyone outside the UK pre-order this on steam?

I have a theory that its not being released in the UK on steam to fuel the mannconomy. Like steam don't have enough money.

Cool, i might take you up on that if you dont mind mate, but hold off for now, because i think it's some sort of gimmick. Steam is having a price war with THQ or its a way of giving physical retailers a sales boost in the UK, either way i shall see what happens in the next week.
